Free Legacy Food believes in the Legacy Premium product and feels that after trying the food, you will too. We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can initiate a return for most of the unused items within 30 days of delivery.
In order to expedite the return process, contact a customer care representative at 1-800-580-9450, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. Please be aware of the following guidelines:
- All returned goods must be returned in the original packaging and will be inspected by Free Legacy Food representatives. Because of the nature of our product, we must exercise extreme caution when accepting returned food items.
- If items were damaged or defective upon original delivery, we will refund or replace your order, including shipping fees, and also arrange for FEDEX to pick up the damaged products.
- Any orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier are eligible for a refund covering the total amount of products purchased, but the customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.
- Upon successful return and in depth inspection of returned goods, Free Legacy Food will issue a refund, replacement, or credit, based on the reason for the return and condition of the products.
- All returns are subject to 5% restocking fee.
